It's because most of your wolves have max dominance. Staggering means each wolf will have a different dominance level, so you'd be losing instead of gaining.

I'm looking to start an apple raffle sometime down the week and want to know what prices of tickets you would be likely to pay
The raffle would have three apples in it ( seperate drawings for each apple )
if successful I may add more next time

5 mush usually does well, it seems less intimidating and for me, makes me think I'm not spending as much as I for sure am
