Unfortunately there's no exceptions that let's one break the rules.

Just for reference though, unless it's changed and I don't know about it, you can have caps as long as it's not more than about one word in caps for every four not in caps. If that makes sense. If you have five words, one of the five can be in caps, and one word for every five additional words
