Reposted from Chat. But here it is again for reference later on! Honestly Dairy products and Beef have to be tied for me. I work in retail and I'm forever stocking up ground beef, a lot of the time I have to spend the whole day keeping it stocked because it sells so fast. and Dairy is the same, Milk, yogurts, icecream, and creamer go out in a flash, faster than I can stock most times. So I really do reccoment both if you can |

Dairy for sure.
HOWEVER. If we were doing just meats, I'm 99% sure the most consumed meat would be chicken. |
