demeter is a good god to start out with :D she's very motherly and nuturing to her beginner wiccans. if you're interested in delving into the practice, first start off with crystals and maybe holidays. things surrounding demeter are good too

I like the idea of the Greek gods and the things that they can do; especially Demeter. I actually love nature and growing things, so I feel like she'd be a good area for me to start out with.
