Make sure you have your wolves are maxed In battle, resolve, and agility. It's best to use an entire team of wolves (6). Elite speeds and Divine health's will help you to beat her, but it can be done with normal wolves too

You don't have to battle her, as she's considered prey (creatures that display a "Hunt" button are prey and can be skipped). The best way to beat her is to engage her with wolves with max Battle and Resolve and at least 525 BE (for maximum damage and accuracy).
