So one of my wolves affinity is only good with my pack but they like or strongly like every wolf in my pack. Does anyone actually know how the affinity system works because it's really confusing to me

It's completely random. Although, I believe it needs to be "Strongly Like" most wolves in order to have Excellent affinity.
