Feed/water your wolves, make sure they all have different dominance and have excellent affinity.

1 - Make sure all wolves have different dominance. This can be done by adjusting their dominance attribute with character points (CP).

2 - Feed and water them.

3 - Make sure all wolves have excellent affinity to the pack.

Note: Pack happiness is only relevant to your wolves' healing time. Nothing much will happen if they become unhappy.
