Someone tried to transfer me 250 mush but it wouldn't go through, twice, saying something about my account not being active even though I was in the game both times

They might not be considered a pack or active if they are new or don't have wolves. I am not sure why it said something about your account not being active because mush goes through even if you are off. Could be from their end. Wonder if other players had this isssue? Do you have any screenshots of what exactly it says?
