I probably left out some details of this guy in his personality. He's, well, interesting xD I wanted to stick him here because I'm putting the servant in this post as well, and figured I might as well have him up. It's been a really weird day, but I got him done in an hour and a half. So... take that, day.
Kagha Talmeren
"Yes, I was named after the country, genius."
Twenty-four | Male | Unlabeled Interests | Knight in Kagha
Inspiration:
The Hound, Game of Thrones (personality-ish)
Snow White? (appearance)
Some guy I met yesterday with the eyes-
Appearance:
"I cannot be what I seem."
If you were thinking that a man named Kagha, living in the Kingdom of Kagha, perfectly represents Kagha, you'd probably be wrong. If anything, Ka looks like a man from the former Kingdom of Frain. His skin is as pale as the white winter snow, his hair even paler. Many times, people have considered his trimmed, messy hair to be the same white color as the Goldcliffs; in the sun, it even reflects at people, for a moment- just a moment- making him seem like it's made of gold. He has often wondered how truly Kaghan he is- his eyes, were they not heterochromatic, would be a faded sky blue, as stark as the rest of his face. Alas, only one is. The other, right, what he calls his "marksman's eye", is a deep brown so dark that it nearly seems black.
It would be a shock, to see Ka for the very first time. His color never changes; he doesn't blush, and his lips, thin as they are, are only slightly less pale than the rest of him. Only the faintest of coloration shows through, and it's a barely noticeable rouge that showcases in his hands, feet, and cheeks.
His face is angular, diamond-shaped and still somehow beautiful. He has a pointed chin that barely sticks out from his face and a straight, slender nose, as if his nose was the most intriguing feature he had. With eyebrows that gently arc over his almond-shaped eyes and ever so slightly pointed ears, it would be easy to just deem this man attractive, in some sense. High cheekbones seem to make his face look thin, but not sallow, as if attempting not to interfere with his overall appearance.
Ka has somewhat of a trapezoid body shape, with shoulders more broad then his waist, albeit not by much. At six feet, broad shoulders doesn't make much of a difference. Though he has muscle from his many years of training and sparring, it shows through in a lean way, despite still being visibly apparent. It would be unwise to mess with a man who, when he looks at you, looks as if he wants to murder you, and probably could. His gaze is always a difficult one to hold; he stares people down, and he doesn't look from their gaze. To him, there's an alpha system: if you're ranked higher than him, he'll only stare at you as long as he knows it's appropriate. If you're equals or lower, don't dare challenge the alpha mindset. You'll be in for a long day of watching the man.
Scars:
Ka has many, despite his youth. Namely, there is a claw scar over the majority of his right shoulder and chest- acquired by fighting something, though no one has exactly figured out what. Ones that look as if they were lashed on riddle his back, though faded and healed long ago. Teeth marks show the time that he had something try to bite off his hands, and another marks his left leg where he was forced to splint a bone. None of these are particularly noticeable, really; his whole body is covered in light armor, all the time. The only one that shows runs diagonally across his mouth- a line of three, fairly fresh, and if asked? He'll say nothing of them.
Personality:
"I was born to serve my kingdom for one purpose, and that is to kill."
Ka is... complicated. He has an excruciating personal struggle involving his family and kingdom, and will let no one help, because good knights need no one to baby them. In a way, he is extremely prideful; he believes that he is the only one who can help himself, mostly because as of late, this has been completely true. He is reserved, to a point that if someone were to walk up to him and try to start a conversation, he'd say something vaguely along the lines of "if you're going to make the effort to walk over here and say hello, make an effort to walk to the Commander and ask to fight." He can be standoffish and rather rude, but he doesn't care- it's a knighthood, not a dinner party. He doesn't need to be polite.
Really, though, Ka gets... lonely. Really lonely. He refuses to acknowledge this, often letting his emotions getting the better of him and letting himself in situations he... wasn't quite proud of, but acknowledges it anyways. To subconsciously avoid this, he seems to follow the will of his namesake clearly, if not with personal alteration to their rules, as he sees no issue with what is ordered by the Kingdom of Kagha. If they asked him to quell a rebellion, he would. He is surprisingly self-confident; anyone mentions anything about him, he'll ask "what of it?" or answer with a snap, depending on the person and circumstances.
He gets annoyed easily, preferring people just shut it in his prescence and leave him be. And Ka is a very driven, motivated person- left alone, he can accomplish anything he tries to do, so long as it belongs to his arsenal of war thoughts. His emotions hardly ever deter his drive; they will as long as he's angry, but if he was sad (which is, admittedly, extremely rare), or joyous (even rarer), or loving (...), he would still be able to function as a war machine, still be able to kill who he wants to, save who he wants to. It's just part of his steel resolve, and it's always been that way.
Were you to get to know Ka personally, or intimately, he's mostly the same. A man with little morals who always vaguely follows the orders set by his kingdom, and will gladly send away anyone who dares to attempt conversation. The only change would be the reduce in insults- he would be less strict, and decidedly less cruel, and, if he really cared for you, would save you if need be. Not that it would ever come to that. Ka doesn't... make friends. He fought his way to the position of knight by fighting others, not by teaming up with others. He won his position by being good, not by being a comrade.
Though, he certainly wouldn't kill comrades.
Strengths:
To be added; not part of the original form
Weaknesses:
To be added; not part of the original form
Weapons:
"It is better to be overprotected than not to be at all."
Ka has a bow constantly strapped to his back, and a quiver of arrows tied similarly. He may not be as skilled as the folk that reside in Orin, but he knows how to use one, and always keeps it with him.
He has twin blades, similar to the typical sword and slightly curved, that adorn his side as one. He knows how to use these; he won't spare anyone from feeling his wrath with them, should he need to, and won't explain how he uses them. He refuses to explain them.
A single dagger is sheathed in each boot- this is less for the purpose of fighting, and more for the purpose of intimidation, should anyone need him to seek out someone that breaks the law or someone who needs roughing up.
History:
You really don't want to know...
But if you do, feel free to PM me. He's got quite some mental torment.
Other:
Ka has a horse. Iconically, he named the black stallion to be Orin. Isn't it funny how some things work like that? He figured he'd mess with the kingdoms by Kagha and Orin being stationed at the very same border.

I kept thinking of Mantis. Marvel Mantis. Yep. Appearance? Just inspiration, though.
Arya Stark, Game of Thrones (personality) >:D
Appearance:
Perhaps it would be best to describe this so-called woman as a woodland spirit, as strange as she happens to be. Her hair, black as night, frames a bronze, sun-tanned face- one that has clearly communed with the forest's wonders in the past. This seems to be something normal for people she has met in servitude; they have gotten sun, much more than the average lord does on a typical day. Similarly, she, too, has gotten a generous amount of sunlight. Her skin seems to absorb it, making her ever darker the longer she stays outdoors. She doesn't mind being that way, it makes her change colors, making claims to belonging formerly to one or another kingdom void in their entirety.
It's not her overall appearance that makes her seem woodsy, even if that does assist in the process. It's her eyes- a striking, infinite green, like the leaves you see on trees, or the emerald vines that grow around her home. They would likely be more normal for a person with a different appearance, but for her, dark and untamed, it seems almost... uncharacteristic. That and her height. Rather than towering over others, as she would very much like to do, she stands just above sixty-three inches, hunched, as if she knows she wouldn't get any taller, and she knows exactly where her place in the world is- to be a servant, scrubbing the floors of some high-end lord she never cared for anyways.
Her face is somewhat of a rounded diamond- it would, typically, be closer to an oval, but having as little food as a servant would, has taken a shape that mimicks that of a diamond, cheekbones seeming to protrude from her face in an... unhealthy way. Her nose is thin, and hardly sticks out, though is well-defined and gently sloped. Matching her face are her upturned eyes with thick, black lashes, and eyebrows that are arched- not so much in a disappointing way, just... strange. Unusual.
Ari's face is graceful. Her movements are graceful. Her body, in general, is just graceful. She doesn't know why she is so, but she knows she is, and will use her slender, hourglass frame to seduce anyone who would, otherwise, try to kill her in cold blood. If you look at her, she can stand both like a Servant and a Lady, and equally acts as both, sometimes.
Attire:
When around her Lord and his Lady, she wears their traditional servant garb, head bowed, arms clasped behind her back. For women, it's a dress that goes from neck to feet, hanging slightly lower in the back. It's somewhat of a suit- it ends where cuffs would, though is tailored to perfectly fit their skin, ending easily near the wrists. The dresses are a deep, rich blue, found in paste made from a fairly common plant, but still a dark enough shade to profess riches. It is decorated with bits of undyed fabric- to match the house's insignia and colors- and two white cuffs that pin on the dress, a mark of servitude. Black boots finish the look, dotted with white tips- another mark of wealth but bondage.
Outside of her Lord's home, even if it isn't often, she wears a lightweat dress in the colors of the forest, one that could be called "showy" for going just below her knees. Flower patterns in all colors go across it- she doesn't particularly care for them (too assuming, she says), but her mother insisted- they are faded, but in all colors, and wildly... lavish, for someone of her "class". To compensate for the daring amount of legs shown, Ari wears high, black boots that nearly go up to her knees, covering the majority of exposure. Black gloves are donned on her hands, and her hair is made to be fancy. It's uncharacteristic of her, but lets her live two lives.
Personality:
If anyone was meant to specifically not be a maidservant, it's Ari. It's not that she's prideful. She really isn't. It's that she's so... daring. She lives her life with two faces, and somehow manages to pull of both with ease. Neither is her true face, for does Arisse Karyille have a face? Perhaps another, of that same name, belongs to one who's pale. Perhaps the face is copied, but not the name. This is how she sees it. She is not simply "Arisse." She is Ari, she is Arisse, Kary, and Ryi, and many other names, much of which do not come from that she was given.
In order to stay the way she is, she needs to be both silent and noticeable. And she is. Ari is a spitfire of a woman; no one can tell her what to do, no one can pretend they know who she is and what she stands for. She makes them believe she came from a land taken by the Empire as a Lady in court, but is she, truly? She stands out, despite likely never having been a person who was supposed to. "It is a woman who made herself be," they would say. "A woman who fights to be where she is and is as deadly as a thorn in a court of roses." Because Ari is so obvious, and so busy with ruling her house, there is no possible way she could be part of what she is, yes?
Arisse is a timid woman, tired, so tired, and never willing to look someone- anyone- in the eye. She has to force herself not to yawn when her Lord calls, as she knows the punishment for not showing up how a servant should. She flinches at the slightest hint of a physical motion, and scurries away when the members of the house walk by, so as not to get hit with a shoe. She is timid. She is vulnerable. Is she weak? Perhaps she believes herself to be so, or perhaps others do. Perhaps, in truth, she wants others to think she is, and yet, her mind is as steely as a well-crafted sword. But do you believe it?
They are both solitary, unmistakable and yet so different, both preferring their own company to others' out of the danger to their own and others' wellbeing, and yet... she does like people. She misses them, sometimes. Wishes that she were more like them, or they were more like her, a very unlikely thing to be. She loves Orin, and her home, and fighting for a cause that is completely just. Fighting for something feels, to her, as if it were... freeing. As if she could live a whole life off of just fighting for something, needing no other sustenance. As if she could find her place amongst those like her.
