(Not me responding months later again e.o)
Sebastian didn't flinch when the smaller woman closed the gap between the pair. No. He stared so deep into her eyes that when she made even the slightest bit of movement, he maintained that eye contact. Nothing was there to stop him, but with clenched fists, Sebastian could feel the energy become more and more intense and powerful.
Sebastian listened to her venomous remark. He shook his head, still maintaining the previous eye contact. His eyebrows furrowed. He wasn't speechless, but he had prayed for a change in her demeanor. There had to be more to this than just whatever this was. He sighed softly.
He gave no response.
Instead, he stood there. What was there left to say? Clearly nothing would ever change Hannah's heart no matter how bad Sebastian wanted to. But within a moment's notice, Sebastian felt the slight stinging of an open wound and blood pooling on his clothing from his stomach. He still barely flinched. Of course there had been a reaction, but Sebastian looked down at the source — Hannah's blade. He grunted softly before using his left hand to grasp her wrist, clinging onto her petite appendage like his life had depended on it.
"Your threats mean nothing when you don't mean anything," Sebastian growled. He had gotten a grip of the knife and tossed it aside, and at this point was towering over the Sherwood. Sebastian could very clearly be making on an assumption, but what he meant was that Sebastian was rightful heir to the Adriel gang. Hannah was nothing in the Sherwood, and if she was, why force her to marry Sebastian.
"And you keep JJ out of this," Sebastian spat. This fight was between Sebastian and Hannah... JJ didn't need to see blood spilled over nothing.
