It depends on the fandom. What are you looking to do? I have nothing against them, but I definitely want to be familiar with them.
My fandoms that I'm most interested in are the SCP Foundation, and the Backrooms thing. By the way, you do not need to know anything about either of them, since I tend to take a "crossover" plot when dealing with fandom RPs. Basically, you play an OC from the fandom you know and like best, and I play an OC from the fandom I'm most knowledgable in; and either your OC's or my OC's original world is the "host", which is done because one of the OCs gets metaphorically dropped (sometimes literally) into the other OC's world. |
