Isolde Morley | F | 28 | Guard to Princess Niamh | Mentions: Zoe, Niamh, Cassia Isolde flushed at Zoe’s comment, her sheepish smile broadening into an embarrassed yet pleased grin. “Aw Zoe, if I didn’t know better I’d think you were putting the moves on me. And in my humble opinion you’re still plenty cute even when you’re a bit banged up.” She gave the maidservant a conspiratorial wink, before tucking her now blood-spotted handkerchief into the scabbard of her sword. While the guard hadn’t been lying about finding Zoe cute, she’d never felt anything other than friendship towards the other woman. Maybe if Isolde hadn’t met Cassia first something might have sparked, but now she didn’t think she’d be able to meet any woman for the rest of her life without comparing them to Cassia. Coming back from thoughts of the lovely handmaiden, Isolde nodded at Zoe’s explanation of how she got her injuries before replying: “Aye, the kitchens on a royal’s birthday are more dangerous than some battles I’ve seen.” While Aibruvia was a fairly peaceful kingdom, that didn’t mean that Isolde hadn’t seen large-scale conflicts during her time as a rank-and-file in the army. Plus, growing up in Norwich meant she’d been in more barfights than she had fingers by the time she was 14. Yes, Norwich had been a rough place to grow up, but Isolde wouldn’t have had it any other way. When Zoe mentioned Princess Niamh, the guard’s casual and gregarious manner vanished immediately, and Isolde became all business. “Kraken’s teeth, she shouldn’t have had to send you. I got lost in my own head again and lost track of the time, and you shouldn’t have had to brave the kitchens at all.” Isolde looked down at her feet, ashamed to meet the other woman’s eyes and the blame she might find there. “I’ll go to the gardens right away.” Isolde proclaimed before hurrying off to find Niamh. The palace was big, but Isolde had been following Niamh around its many hallways and courtyards for years. It was a relatively simple task for her to guess which one Niamh would have gone to, and she saw the princess and Cassia exiting the gardens just as she was arriving. Panting, Isolde quickened her pace and managed to catch up with them as they headed down a hallway that led to the Great Hall. “I beg your pardon, your Highness. I let the time get away from me, and I was on my way to find you when Zoe came across me. It was a lapse of duty on my part, and I won’t let it happen again.” Isolde’s speech was low and quick, her eyes glued to the princess’s shoes and regret written in her face. Briefly lifting her gaze to glance at Cassia, Isolde directed her next statement to both women. “Zoe was somewhat disheveled when she found me, but I believe she should be back before the suitors arrive, if not sooner.” Apologies and explanations delivered, Isolde took her place at Princess Niamh’s side and kept one eye on her to assess her charge’s reaction, as well as to sneak more peeks at Cassia if the opportunity presented itself.

⤕LANVIN RAYN
…
Male | Suitor / Knight of Slerosea | 23 | Mentions: People at the dock (indir), Vesper (dir)
…
Today was going to be an eventful day.
Leaving his home simply to arrive in a place that could be considered a paradise excited the young man, though Lanvin Rayn was never one to admit such a thing. He wasn’t the kind to always be the brightest when it came to leaving his home, though this seemed to be a one-of-a-kind experience. Lanvin only lived once, just like anyone else, therefore this experience could only be experienced once. Why not go ahead and make the best of it?
Lanvin took a step off the ship, giving a respectful nod to the crew who so happily took the suitors there. He took in the beautiful scenery, the castle in the distance making Lanvin feel rather small in this world. He hummed softly to himself, seeing those mainly interacting with those they were comfortable with. As of now, Lanvin had kept to himself. Although he was rather social and understood how to keep a conversation going, the cockiness within most of his words made others deter from talking to him. Lanvin didn’t mind that much, though, considering those who really knew him (which wasn’t a lot - not in this foreign land), would understand that he’s just trying to get by… or so it seemed.
Lanvin felt the cool breeze, ruffling his hair. He looked around for a moment, seeing those moving off the ship and moving towards the kingdom. Of course, everyone respectfully greeted each other for the sake of presenting themselves in such a manner that seemed respectable. Lanvin stuck to himself – still – not bothering with introducing himself. He grunted softly, realizing he didn’t have his luggage. He shook his head, returning back onto the ship and grabbing the two bags that he had brought with him. One had an abundance of clothes, the other being more miscellaneous things that he probably didn’t need to bring. Lanvin clicked his tongue, suddenly remembering he was forgetting one other thing.
The gift.
This gift would be prized, rather important to the royal Prince that was Vesper Windsor. He smiled at the thought of the name. He was still rather fond over him, regardless of what Lanvin had put him through. Granted, Vesper had every right doing what he had done. What could Lanvin really blame him for? He wasn’t the one who was getting gaslighted, manipulated, lied to, and worst of all, putting up with such an act. The love was still there, but even Lanvin wondered how true it was. Was there anything true about a man like Lanvin? So cruel yet so charming and understanding of the human emotions; he seemed to be like a machine, simulating these certain emotions only for them to be fake. Most would admire Lanvin for his devotion, the thing that made him rather honorable. He had a good work-ethic, always willing to do what was needed. But when it came to his friendships and relationships, he would forever be alone. Nothing was ever true with him. Why would it be?
Lanvin hummed softly, grabbing his gift which was neatly wrapped in a velvet cloth, and inside was a large necklace. In the middle lay three jewels, the top one (which was actually connected to the chain), was the smallest. Below was a link, and another jewel, which was slightly bigger, and below that, the largest. These three jewels were bright in color, though Lanvin couldn’t tell you what the hell they actually were. To him, they simply looked attractive. The way they sparkled in the light when it hit the jewels directly reminded Lanvin of the days when he could look at Vesper, seeing that same sparkle. He sighed at the thought, knowing he was the one to blame. Of course he would never admit that.
Lanvin held his bags close to his body, observing how some of the others had left by now, heading to the castle. He huffed, now approaching Vesper. There were certain words that he could hear around the other man, a man that he once admired so much… Maybe he still did. He narrowed his eyes, those words from another being rather provocative. He huffed, keeping his strong composure before he held out his hand, the wrapped gift in his palm. In a way, it was a peace offering. In another way, it was simply protocol.
“Hello, old friend,” Lanvin gave a respectful bow towards the Prince, a cocky smirk on his face. “Seems you’re doing well these days, no?” He raised an eyebrow, though true curiosity showed through the pupil of his eyes. Lanvin was still infatuated with a man who had left him in his own right. Vesper still appeared to be the man that he wished he could've spent the rest of his life with, but like all other things, Lanvin fucked that up as well.

Zoe Ointero| 26| Female| Handmaiden to Niamh| Mention: Isolde Zoe smiled back as Isolde's grin was infectious as was anyone else's smile was . That what they said right? That a smile was infectious, she hoped not as then she would cause people to get many illnesses. She looked away and just said "thanks" when Isolde gave her compliments back , something she didn't see coming as she didn't classify herself pretty. She laughed at her deadly kitchen joke . She straightens up and spoke "Go to Princess Niamh, I'll meet you there" She said but before she could blink, Isolde had quickly said something along the lines that she would go to the gardens straight away or something . Zoe nodded and Isolde scurried away like a mouse on a mission. A cute pretty mouse of course // Isolde was cute snd pretty and a beautiful muscled target for Zoe's casual flirting. She then jumped and realized she would need to get ready and soon for the suitors would be arriving soon. Zoe didn't even bother going back into the kitchens again , knowing it would be the death of her , today or another day. So she went the long way to the staff changers and Creaked the door open and ran to the makeup box with its beautiful dragon art sketched on with what seemed like just a simple sharp knife. She applied the makeup , making it as subtly as possible . She smiled at herself in the mirror and blended it in a bit more. She looked out the window snd saw a few suitors just dawdling outside. // Zoe stretched again and changed her jacket to a green one , which was actually fancier snd more expensive than the black jacket. She then turned the rusty old key in the lock until it made a satisfying clunk and she knew it was locked and secured . Zoe put the lock underneath her bed. Once she was all ready, smart black jeans, crisp new white shirt/blouse, her smart and fancier green jacket, she left her room and scurried towards Princess Naimh, Cassie and now hopefully Isolde. Hopefully Princess Niamh wont notice the makeup and if she does she doesn't get mad snd make her take it off. // Zoe finally reached the gardens panting , This garden should be named the Panting Gardens she silently laughed to herself. She spotted Isolde talking to Princess Niamh, the second princess of Aibruvia. She yawed again and quite regretted not putting water on her face to actually wake herself up . She had woken up early though it was usual to be tired even when it wasn't at all late. Edited at September 10, 2022 07:27 PM by Pastry Lord

“Darwin Munin” | Male | 20 | Homosexual | Royal Manservant (Thief) M: Vesper, Rolan, + Irfam (Dep) Suna, Lanvin, + Other Suitors (Ind) She was lovely, Darwin’s mind whispered as he watched the woman who introduced herself as Suna leave. She had been very bubbly and it was a welcomed change of pace because you could just tell that she was so genuinely happy to be here. Darwin almost wanted to thank her— Thank her? She was just happy. Why thank someone else just for them being happy??— just for her warm smile to the prince and placed a flower crown on his head. The flowers were interwoven together in a brilliant fashion and Darwin envied her. It is next to impossible to make a flower crown with one hand and Darwin had tried this several times. He knew this was supposed to be the Prince’s birthday, but Darwin briefly wished he was going to get a crown from her as she scampered off, disappearing into her carriage. Crossing her name off the list, Darwin looked up to see— “This fucking prick…!” Instantly reaching for his knife, his whole body went tense after giving a horrific shutter. Watching— waiting— for the man to do something worth attacking him for, Darwin wanted to kick himself in the head. Of course he would be here. Of fucking course. Rolan. A tall and buff man with the looks of a God but the personality of a devil. Deep down, in a part of Darwin that he really did not like, he knew that Rolan had not hurt him too much and that it was not the worse Darwin had gone through and that maybe if he had just stayed in a relationship with Rolan, he would have gotten better, but he still refused to trust this man. Never again. It was people like Rolan that made Darwin never allow himself into a romantic relationship. It is not like it was ever truly romantic, but maybe it could have been. Darwin secretly hoped Rolan forgot all about him so maybe Darwin could move on, but another part wanted Rolan to remember those months just so he could twist the knife in his chest every time Darwin would say something into his face. Darwin would not trust this man again let alone let Vesper within fifty feet of that… of that… of that snake! “Hey Princey,” Darwin muttered at a low whisper in his ear, holding the flowers and other gifts under one arm as he wrapped an arm around Vesper’s waist, “ya see that fucker over there?” Darwin motioned to the man and felt his blood boil. “I don’t want you goin’ anywhere near him because he is bad. Fuckin’. News. If this man tries to make a move on you or does somethin’ you’re not okay with, please, please, please tell me and I will gladly put him in his place for you.” Darwin did not pull away nor let go, still glaring at Rolan even as someone new approached. They were on the shorter side and they dressed like they were clearly from Wrales. There was no denying it either. They wore gloves, goggles, and a strange mask, but Darwin knew that he should not judge the odd fashion sense seeing as he clearly had a not-real-hand attached to his right wrist. “Aww Vortex?~” Darwin chuckled softly as the tiny man who introduced himself as Irfam and began calling Vesper a nickname, squeezing Vesper closer slightly. Darwin’s demeanor flipped entirely. This was mainly due to the fact that Darwin hated staying mad. Anger was such an unpleasant emotion for him so distracting himself was always a great solution. “That’s a nice nickname for him, your lordliness—” that was absolutely not a word— “and you have to tell me how you thought of it!” Darwin turned to Vesper with a smile. “That’s a cute nickname for you, Princey!” Darwin studied Irfam for a moment before lowering his voice and leaning to whisper in Vesper’s ear again. “Speaking of cute, look at this person! Look at that precious face!! Can we keep him? Pleaaaaase??” Darwin had only been teasing Vesper for a short while before a new challenger for the princess’s hand in marriage appeared and seemingly recognized Vesper. The man seemed confident and fluid with his words but the air was still tense with a seriousness that was uncanny. Vesper did not radiate with his hate for human interaction nor bubble over with excitement. No. No, this was different. Darwin shuttered as he awaited whatever happened next.

Vesper Sterling Windsor | 20 | Second Rank Prince Of Aibruvia | Male | Mentions: Darwin, Ezra ,Suna, Kris, Kyro,Ifram, Lanvin, Other Suitors [directly] The young man was getting quite bored. The suitors had seemed to slow down in their approaching. Which was good. It had given him a chance to collect himself and his thoughts. He was rather annoyed with his father for giving him such a duty on his birthday, couldn't he have come and done it himself? It was such a nuisance, and then he was probably missing the beautiful blooms. His mother had always taken him to see the blooms for his birthday, and this would be a year he missed the tradition. And he could feel a sadness wash over him, he moved his hand and began massaging his wrists in a way to sooth himself - it was a nervous tick of his. Something signaling his anxiousness, he didn't do well in big crowds anyway nor did he fancy a lot of people as friends or comrades. He began looking around, possibly to find something to distract him from his nerves and his gloomy thoughts. That's when he saw a young woman - she pratically screamed spring with her bright colors and flowers in her hair - her smile was kind of comforting in a way. He could tell it was genuine and held no malice or alternative motives. He watched with interest as she bounded towards him. It was like she was a spring nymph - something playful and energetic, something with a heart of pure gold and full of love. There was something charming and warming about her - at her grin he could feel the gloomy clouds disappear and he could feel a grin coming along for him. Even her grin was infectious- her energy was unmatched by the others, and he was surprised when she put even more flowers on his head. It was quite a pretty flower crown - and he could feel himself beaming at it. She introduced herself as Lady Akeru from Hoewsia, and he nodded - looking to Darwin to get that name. She then began to compliment the Kingdom and it's beauty and asking questions at an alarmingly fast rate but he manages to answer, " Yes we actually have three gardens ; the main garden, a garden of my personal use and the late queen's garden. And yes we have a music room!" He said and he beamed at the thought of being played for by someone from Hoewsia, "I would love to hear you play. I hear those from Hoewsia ar extremely talented when it comes to music, so I would be honored to hear you play. Maybe you can perform at my birthday." And at the mention of his jewelry he beamed a bit saying, "thank you! I do tend to like shiny things and I quite do adore rubies." And he had to give a smile at her and give a dismissive wave saying, "You're alright. I quite love the flowers - they're quite beautiful and they give a pop of color to my look. And I look forward to seeing your other gift. I'm sure it's going to be spectacular. And I do hope you enjoy your stay here." And he waved as she went off to a carriage. ------- He then turned his attention back to Kristopher, practically beaming at his pretty owl. It was such a lovely gift, he definitely would have to use her for falconry in the cooler months and during cooler times. Until then he's going to bond with her and enjoy the company of the creature. And he perked up at hearing it was a girl and he cooed , fawning over the bird, "And she's a very pretty lady indeed. Oh she will do magnificently for hunting. She'll definitely be able to pick up big hares." And he giggled at the story, "oh my and it seems she's a fiesta creature isn't she." He was pleased to hear that she had been fed before then. And was greatful to hear that there were more supplies ready for her. He then watched as his friend greeted his brother and then said his goodbyes and going to his carriage. "I hope to catch up as well." He said enthusiastically waving. Now he was left with his friends older brother and he gave a chuckle saying, " Maybe, " he said in a teasing tone, " but yes, your brother thinks very highly of you. So you're mentioned in a lot of his letters." What he didn't expect was the flirtatious conversation that would occur. He didn't seem to notice the flirtatious intentions at first because he beamed saying, "I think we'll get along well, too." But then the mention of him being adorable when blushing caused him to blush even more saying, " I am not. Now what do you mean by that." And he huffed, nearly a pout at the sentiment and he could feel his ears burning at the mentions of his clothes but he decided to be bold, after all he single and had no attachments, "Really, then you'll have to show me around Laetis to find more accommodating clothes then." He said with a completely straight face and zero ounce of shame and a wide grin. He appreciated the compliments and gave a small smile and watched as he walked off to his carriage. He was definitely hot, he wouldn't mind being pressed up against a wall by him. Get your mind out of the gutter Vesper! --------- The next person that came up he hadn't expected to see. And he could feel his excitement grow until he was practically lightly bouncing in anticipation. How he managed to do it in heels , no one would know. The person that arrived was one of his dearest and rarest friends form Wrales. One whom he enjoyed writing letters to and having scientific and intellectual debates. The one of a few people who could have Vesper shouting at the swears and being a bit chaotic and unprincely like. " Vertex !" He said engulfing the person in a hug, careful not to knock him over and he wrapped his arms around him and hugged him more. And soon he was leaning on him and has his arms loosely wrapped around his neck. Vesper wasn't one for unwanted personal contact or invading someone else's space but he was comfortable doing so for Irfam. "Yeah it's definitely been too long my friend. And yes it's true I never miss a competition. Let's just say the subject of our letters is the reason why I missed it. That, and I just wasn't feeling as inspired that year." He said rather solemnly and a bit apologetic, "I'm sorry I couldn't make it. I missed you. He said with another hug, but then began snickering at his comment before removing himself and linking his arm with his friend saying, " I know you would. We'll have to try out my new explosive compounds one day. And I don't have anyone you need to blow up, just yet." "You're good, Elle. Don't stress . . . yourself out . . . " he said because he was distracted by the arrival of the next suitor. --------- He wasn't happy to see that bastard. How dare he even set foot in this country again after what he had done. He could feel the dread and worry pool in his mind. But was distracted by Darwin, who had pulled him by the waist - and the prince scowled at him for that, such a bold move. Apparently he was warning him about some suitor. And he took a note of it. "Okay." He said rather dismissively, moreso focusing on the bastard after Darwin's red flag person. He then was shocked as Darwin began to bombard him about Irfam and he was slightly annoyed and a bit stressed but he wasn't trying to let it show, " I'll tell you later. No, they're not an object - become friends with them on your own time." His tone was out of it and a bit curt. He didn't have a smile nor hatred when he looked at Lanvin Rayn. He watched with an unimpressed expression at the bow and mannerisms. Was it all just for show? However he had to admit there was some sincerness to his tone. "Lavin Rayn." He said as he folded his arms. He stared at the man for a moment. Before deciding to do something about his cocky smirk. Without a word he went over to Ezra and drug him over to Irfam. "Irfam, my dear partner may I borrow your cane? It'll only take a moment." And knowing he would allow it, " Ezra, support my friend here for a moment." He then walked back to Lanvin and hit his side. It would hurt because the cane was made out of bronze and rosewood and he had used the metal side. Satisfied with his action he walked over to Lanvin saying. "Here's you're cane back. And now I do have a request." He then said, "He's the subject of my letters. I give you full permission and range with explosives , but only if he misbehaves." He then walked back over to the male and grabbed him by his collar. The prince wasn't known to be physically aggressive but when it came to Lanvin it was. There was some tension between then and it would be interesting to see. "Now listen here you piece of shit." He hissed out, his face near to Lanvin's, "I don't care what you did to me in the past, we're beyond that . I won't assume the worst in you, but if you have the gall to show up - I would assume you took the time to become a decent human being. Because I swear on the stars, if you think you can come here and hurt my sisters then you have another thing coming." Vesper was fuming by now. The sun seemed to catch his curls and make them appear a bright fiery ready and his usually neutral violet eyes were dark and full of emotion : there was hurt, resentment, hesitation and maybe even a little hope. He yanked the collar more saying, "You hurt my sisters and I'll make sure to have you castrated and have your body hung as decoration. You hurt them and I'll break every single bone in your body and skin you alive and keep you just conscious enough so you can feel it." With the next sentence he grew serious and an alarmingly predatory smile came across his face saying, " if you somehow manage to marry my sisters — and you even think of lifting a hand against them just because of your toxic masculinity. I will end you, your bones will never be found - neither will you skeleton. I will erase you from this very earth." Releasing the man from his grip he still didn't falter in his glare, "Now that we have an understanding. I hope you enjoy your stay and do behave. The carriages will take you to the castle when you're ready." Edited at September 11, 2022 03:25 PM by Spellbound

Royal nanny Hestia LoveLace|26|F|5'4|Abruvian|M:twins,Mara,niamh(ind), suitors(ind) With all the excitement over gifts and the puppies Hestia dropped her pocket watch. She had pulled it out with haste wondering why the young girls maids were late. The sound of glass shattering as it hit the floor. "Damn it" she swore then immediately blushed looking at the little ones in the room "don't repeat that and you both get to stay an extra hour at the ball tonight deal?" She smiled knowing that it wasn't that big of a deal and she had heard much worse uttered from their older sister Niamh in the halls. Glancing to the Guard Mara before she left to guard the door to the Twins chambers. "Do you have a time piece on you their maids should be here by now to get them ready. " the sound of music rolling at the arrival of some of the guests sounded across the castle. Signaling the time before the guard had a chance to respond. Hestia motioned to the girls to sit so she could start there hair while they waited on the maids. "Seth would you read to us please while we wait" "Asmaranti please gaurd the door and signal any of these little ladies maids to come in if you see them. We are running behind" she slept both of the girls girl down and began brushing gently through their locks one at a time. Spending a particular amount of time on Princess phoebes. The girls bed hair always astounded her. Her many dreamland adventures must make her hair do what it wishes.

“Darwin Munin” | Male | 20 | Homosexual | Royal Manservant (Thief) M: Vesper, Irfam, + Lanvin (Dep) Suitors (Ind) “Lavin Rayn.” That name felt so familiar yet Darwin knew Lavin was no one that he knew. What was he? Well, Slerosean obviously, even an outsider to the Slerosean culture could see that, but what did he do? Was he a criminal, a lord, a family member of a noble? He had never seen this man before in his life and Darwin never forgets a face. Maybe he had heard the name when someone else mentioned it? Gods, the name seemed so familiar! The words were on the tip of his tongue, clinging on and refusing to let slip where Darwin had heard of him before. Was he a knight? He certainly stood and presented himself as such. With a straight posture, confident stance, and a devilish smirk that screams that they do not care about the lives of those beneath them, there was no doubt in Darwin’s mind. All those damn Slerosean knights were the same after all. Except Aries. Before Darwin could continue to wonder where he had heard the name before, Vesper spoke once again, not to the man nor to Darwin, but to Irfam. Tugging Ezra over to the masked man, Ezra began supporting Irfam with one arm Vesper snatched the cane and, bringing the cane up to his shoulders, swung down with great force, toppling the man over. Darwin gasped audibly, his eyes going wide as he watched Vesper return the cane before going to grab the collar of the man. Darwin watched with anticipation as resisted the urge to say “beat his ass, Princey!” As the prince spewed harsh words from his lips, Darwin could not help but notice slight hesitation and hurt in Vesper’s actions and eyes. He was angry as hell, yes, but there was more than that. What the hell did this guy do to you, Vesper…? Darwin glanced at Irfam, hoping for an explanation of sorts, but received nothing as Vesper let go of Lavin. Gods above Darwin wished he could get an explanation. Literally anything that would help give context to this situation was appreciated. Diamond cautiously approached Vesper, glaring down menacingly at Lavin before turning to Vesper with his pale, blue eyes. “Hey, Princey?” Darwin mumbled in a soft voice, making sure to keep his voice low as he placed his hand on Vesper's shoulder and lowered his head down to his ear. Trying to be as quiet as possible, Darwin’s words never reached above anything anyone but Vesper, and maybe Lanvin if he had incredible hearing, could hear. “How about we go take a quick breather before the next suitor gets off the boat? You look like you could use a quick break from all this. Phoebe | Female | 8 | Princess of Fourth Rank M: Sybil, Hestia + Seth (Dir) King + Mara (Ind) An extra hour just to not say one word?? Even though Phoebe was still reeling with excitement and unable to stop herself from stimming, she still nodded with a giant grin while wordlessly holding onto Hestia tighter. The little dame had been so excited at the sight of puppies that when she finally calmed down, she only grew more energy at the sight of her amazing Royal Guard, Seth. Seth and Gene were both so patient and nice, even more so than Miss Hestia. While Gene taught her to be awesome and cool and amazing like the character in her favorite books, Seth recounted stories from books but always had so much excitement in his voice and filled every book to the brim with beaming life. Because he was such a good storyteller— and also helped her sneak a few things out of the kitchen— Phoebe had to protect him from any bad guys that would want to steal him. This was why, whenever Seth was training, she would sneak out super stealthily out of the castle to watch him train so she could learn his moves. The only reason she did not watch from the window was because she was worried that with her awesome sword moves, she would wake Sybil. “Sir Sethsolot!” Phoebe giggled, charging over to him with the sound of her feet hitting the floor. Phoebe launched herself at him, clinging onto his leg, before climbing up him with surprising strength like a bear climbing up a tree. Once Phoebe was able to lean to his ear, she giggled evilly. “I have a really really cool secret! But you cannot—” she said the word with such ferocity like the heroes in her books when they were about to say something really cool— “tell a single soul!” Phoebe giggled once more before cupping a hand to her mouth and whispering softly. “We got two very cute puppies…!” Phoebe, burying her face into Seth’s shoulder, gave a muffled squeal of excitement. Once Phoebe got a handle on herself, Phoebe gasped softly. “Oh wait!” Phoebe cupped both hands to her mouth, soley hanging onto Seth with her legs as she whispered something that was a secret that she had learned from Hestia. “What’s “dammit” mean? Is it a “no-no” word?” Before Phoebe could even get her answer to the very important question, Hestia patted the bed for Phoebe to sit down. Phoebe huffed. Hestia was the most gentle hair doer that Phoebe had ever met, but Phoebe still longed to have her father’s hair and not her own. The way her father, the King, pushed back his hair looked so regal and professional, so authoritative and kingly. After the infamous Scissors Incident which likely still haunts Gene and Hestia’s dreams, Phoebe’s looked more and more like her father. Her eyes, her smile, and almost everything else about her looked like a child version of him. Because of that, Phoebe always compared herself with him just as so many others did. When people laughed and joked about Phoebe’s likeness to her father at parties, Phoebe could not help but see that he was so much better than her. He was calmer, he was cooler, and he was better. Phoebe would often get so overwhelmed with emotions that she would run to Seth or Gene or Hestia or anyone she could find to try and convey her emotions. Of course she wanted to be as good as him and be as amazing as him, but she felt like she could only ever look the part. As Hestia began to comb through her hair, she watched Seth intently, waiting for the story to begin. He opened the book, clearing his throat before his mouth parted to speak until— Knock knock! Someone was at the door. Could it be… an intruder?! Seth gave a small smile and seemingly was reassuring them that it would be alright and that they could read later, but what if it was not alright?? Phoebe had to protect Sybil, Seth, Hestia, and Mara! Before Hestia could even react, Phoebe sprung forth, grabbing her sword, kicking the door to open it (then realizing she should turn the handle before kicking the door and then doing so), and raising her sword at the door knocker. “Who goes there?? State your name and bus— business!” Dammit I stuttered on my line.

Jasper Vaquero| Male|Manservant to Mion| 17.5 yrs| Mentions : Mion and Akira + OPEN Jasper looked directly at Prince Mion of 1st rank's other manservant . He racked his brain for his name and it clicked. Akira. That was it and his surname? Akira C...Akira Calzorta he believed it was. Akira seems to pause almost like someone had but a freeze frame. He stretched his back and bowed "Well Prince Mion sir, Here are your clothes , I believe I may of left take thing of yours my apologies sir" He put the clothes gently into his hands tryi by to to smile at the feel of his hand touching Prince Mion's . He just. couldn't get distracted today. Not today , not tomorrow but especially not today . It was too good and too seemingly perfect to let it get messed up by his crush, he had since he had first saw him ..which was a few years ago. He couldn't believe he had kept it a secret for a few years. After his mother's death , it wouldn't be appropriate to say I love you when Mion was grieving. // With a nod of respect and another how and a quickly said sorry, he scurried away. Through the corridors. Left, right, left again and backwards and forwards ,sharp right. It seemed to be an endless maze this castle. He was astonished that no one had got lost in the tremendously massive building and home of the royals of Aubruvia. He entered the little room where they kep all the fixing things like needles and piles upon piles of forgotten torn and worn clothes, never fixed and probably the clothes would sit there for another millennia or two until they were eventually fixed. // This room saddened little Jasper, the filthy stone walls peered and jutted out at random. The matching stone wall echoed the wall, in its appearance and shape. Many of the late queen's clothes Amy here, abandoned and trapped in time. Her favorite dress however had been snatched from this time capsule , dusts and cleaned away . Like a new perfect dress, he had worn it on the day she was buried. Kasper couldn't remember most of that day, perhaps it was a day of grief for the kingdom and beyond or perhaps it was because he had been stressed and saddened by the news and also the mourning that happened . The Queen's death had been like a bomb, peace one moment , the next the whole castle was filled. Crying filled the air, Jasper knew something was wrong but no one would tell him anything , just "Get out the way" etc. // He searched in silence , no other maids or manservsnrs were here so his footsteps echoed and bounced of the wall almost glad to see the sign that if footsteps . The wall was old and cracked not like many of the well painted and preserved rooms of th castle he had seen. Jasper knew that most maids and manservants of the royal family now used their own rooms but it was always here that some came , now only Jasper came . Well as much as he knew, he didn't think. Anyone came here. Jasper enjoyed being here as it was kind of a secret place where he could come here to have piece of quietness as he sowed clothes together snd fixed them . Dusted and shined shoes , really anything . // Finally after a few minutes Jasper had finally found Prince Mion's shoes that matched his outfit snd all and made them shine. dusting and then polishing them . Drying them and smiling at them. He made his way back towards Prince Mion. He hoped he wasn't angered by his sudden departure. For he had no intended that to happen and wished for a nice peaceful return. One with silence or maybe peaceful and calm voices . Ones not filled with grief nor sorrow and not ones piercing eardrums with anger and irritation but ones springing with joy and gratefulness. Jasper snored at himself and picked up his pace towards Prince Mion and Akira. Zoe Ointero |Female| Handmaiden to Niamh|26|Mentions: Open (Niamh, Cassie and Isolde indirectly) Zoe Ointero stopped stretched, satisfied with the cracks and pops of her bones she heard. Sighing in relief , she had a look in the mirror again. At 26 years , she still didn't like wearing makeup and girly clothing. She was wearing her smartest clothes she could find and makeup . Subtle makeup hopefully....She made her way to the gardens avoiding the kitchens at all costs. She would not go into that situation again, then she would have to redo her makeup again. Zoe would scream if she had to as her makeup was one she only used it emergencies and if she looked extremely bad and unattractive which was usually the same thing . // She traced the walls with her fingers , feeling the cracks of the ancient wall. A wall in this palace had no doubt been touched in the same place she had just touched , recently or far enclosed in the past. The castle was like its own little museum. She wouldn't be surprised if it had a secret stash of heirlooms and antiques. Just like a museum, one that would truly unlock all the things Zoe herself wouldn't of had knowledge to or simply soundly of been told . Zoe sighed to herself as she was getting distracted. In being in the states of distraction. She had wondered into a empty room, which looked like a new corridor , unfinished looking really. // Zoe sighed and retraced her steps, cursing to herself not really caring how loud or how quiet she was cursing . She turned back and then she turned rugby. Nope, it the right place. She would have to try this multiple times. Zoe sighed and groaned , she didn't get a good enough nights sleep for this adventure , she couldn't sleep because of these two upcoming events. // Obviously today as it was the day when all the suitors were arriving to try to impress and hopefully get engaged to the crown Princess,Zoe hoped that this would be a new start . A new start and a new life . The King could move on and be happy and then his people should follow his mood and become happier and happier still at the hopeful news of a wedding. Not that Zoe wanted to pressure tu e crown Princess into marrying someone. Today was also the Secind rank Prince's birthday. Prince Vesper, celebrate with lots of gifts and love hearts and flowers and all that. Zoe herself had not been able to give Prince Vesper a gift as all the gifts deemed worthy for a prince were too expensive snd would put her in debt snd also it would seem weird . A handmaiden giving a gift to a Prince who is brother's with her mistress. Not like a mistress mistress. Ew. That would be disturbing even for Zoe, the most flirty maid probably out there. She meant like a superior authority who she worked with . That one . // Zoe sighed again and for the same reason as before. Relief. She had found the royal gardens . She adjusted her hair and walked forwards looking for Niamh,Cassie and perhaps Isolde as that would be useful to know her battle and struggle in the kitchens hadnt been for nothing .
