Night | M | Alpha | Raven | M: Group in clearing, Ore & Sundown(ind) Night stretched, feeling his shoulder ache slightly. Other than that, he felt fine. His mini-nap helped too. He walked out of his den to take in who was where. It looked like his hunters had woken up from their naps, including Shiva who was in the center of the clearing on her back. The female must have come back when he was napping. Night shook out his fur before his eyes took in Brute and Willow out of the medic's den. They should be resting. Ironically, he was supposed to as well.
Night spotted two of his hunters, Mairea and Solaris. Oh good, they were up. Night walked over to the small group, greeting them all. "Nice to see you all up and about. Solaris, I would like you, Mairea and Shiva to come with me on a hunt. Brute, Willow, you are welcome to come as well." He said before flicking an ear, "If you have not heard by now, many of our packmates are with our allies in the Eastern Pack. After a cougar attack, our medic and her apprentice went over to help with the injuries of both pack. While they are away, it is our job not to get in trouble." He said the last phrase with a slight tease and a smile.
He barked over to Shiva who rolled to her feet. She trotted over to stand next to him. "Hunt?" She asked, her eyes lit up. Night gave a nod, "Yes, I believe we will head over to the lake. We need to be on lookout for predators as well. We don't need any more injuries." Night finished before looking over at the hunters to see what they thought. Taking a big group out like this would keep predators away but could also get the pack more food. And everyone could stretch their legs as well. |

Finley / F / Stray / M: Anyone / Finley spotted and old deer that was limping, she gave a small smile and started to stalk closer to it. I have to get it separate from the herd She thought. Finley looked over and found a large stick she slowly crawled over and grabbed it then throw it up into the middle of the herd scaring them into dispersing. Finley jumped up and raced after the old deer she nipped at any other deer that tried to get close and run Finley off. The herd race through the woods making it harder for Finley to get a good angle on the old deer. She growled under her breath and ran as fast as she could speeding up to the deer, she managed to grab on of its legs making the deer trip over itself casing it to fall ot the ground with a shriek of pain. Finley quickly aimed for the deer's neck not letting go until it finally went limp and stopped breathing. Finley sat down exhausted and panted trying to catch her breath "This should last me a while" she huffed out and took a bite from the deer's belly enjoying the prey she had caught. |

Arashi | F | Hunter | Raven | M: Night, Shiva and the group Arashi yawned as she woke up from her nap. As she was stretching she noticed she was getting stiff from staying still for so long. She hadn't been really moving for the past two days now so she decided to go on a walk. She walked around for a couple minutes, just enjoying the nice breeze and wondering about Noctus. She hadn't seen him in a while. Arashi then noticed alpha Night with some of the other hunters. She immediately perked up at the thought of a hunt. Shiva and Night confirmed her suspicions once she got closer and could hear their conversation. She dipped her head to the group in greeting as she approached them. "May I join, alpha Night?" She asked, little emotion slipping into her voice even though she really did want to go on a hunt. Her whole demeanor screamed calm, but thats just because that's who she is when she isn't with Noctus. |

Nyein || F || Loner || Mentions: Anyone Nyein lowered her her head, taking a sip of the cool rushing water. She looked up, gazing across the Mountain Cut River, her stare directed toward the forest on the other side. Only just beyond somewhere would be the Shadow Forest Pack. She had only gone across the river a few times, knowing it was another's territory. She started walking down the riverbank. The sound of the wind rustling in the leaves above her. She sniffed the air, she caught some scent, prey. She lowered her head sniffing the ground, following a trail. As she slowly got closer she went into a crouching position, not wanting to be seen by it. Her paws slowly lifted up, and lowered down to the ground, keeping herself as quiet as possible. She caught sight of her prey, a small brown rabbit. It was smaller than Nyein would have liked, but it was what she could get for now. The more she thought about the food she would hopefully, the more she realized how hungry she actually was. Before she stated to bolt towards it she started thinking of the best routes, with the rabbits they were more quick and agile than herself, But she decided to go ahead and bolt after it, deciding to see where th rabbit took her, if she didn't lose it of course. She readied herself then jumped up with a spring from her back legs boosting her forward. The rabbit immediately started dashing away, leading her back towards the river bank and towards the mountains, they looke distant when she was there earlier, but now they started getting larger and larger. She kept her eye on the rabbit as it weaved through the trees. Its small body blending in with the thick bushes and fallen leaves around them. Eventually she got closer and closer, until she was close enough to swipe at it. She knocked the little rabbit off course, as it squirmed, trying to get back up but Nyein was too quick for it, pouncing on it and tearing at it. The rabbit was soon dead underneath her, as she lowered her head taking bites of the fresh juicy meat. There was less meat than she thought, but it would be enough to satisfy her hunger. |

Anya | F | Member | SFP | M: Flame Anya smiled at the fact that Shadow was worried. Not that she wanted to stress him out, but that he cared enough to worry. A shiver of happiness went down her spine which surprised her. Why was she so happy over this small thing? She shrugged it off and listened to the elder as she gave words of encouragement. Anya smiled, though she wasn't sure if she was very good at agility like Flame had said. But she dare not question a compliment, especially from someone like Flame. "Thanks, Flame." Anya said. She then shrugged when she said Icicle was supposed to teach her to hunt before frowning a bit when Silver was brought up. . Anya couldn't help it when her ears pinned back as hunting with Silver was mentioned. It took all of her strength not to yell out no. And seriously? Silver as a sister? That would make everything worse. If that's how she thought, that would mean she was the runt sister, who couldn't do anything and was less loved. "N-no thank you...Ash can teach me. He's a good hunter." Anya managed to get out, hating to say no. "Silver can go hunting and never come back for all I care. Attention and praise stealer." Anya muttered to herself just loud enough for Flame to hear without meaning to. Anya closed her eyes tightly, upset at herself for not liking Silver when she hadn't done anything wrong. She hated this jealous part of herself but she couldn't help it. She just knew Silver would end up stealing Shadow away from her, trying to or not. |

Makena | F | fox | M: Muli It took all Makena's might to not burst out laughing when Muli looked like he was under magical charm. Despite holding in laughter, the vixen did okay. She wasn't expecting the awkward nose bump, which made her laugh nervously and clamp her eyes shut. Kena then smiled when Muli said she did alright and reluctantly opened her eyes again. "I dont know why your thanking me, but your welcome..." She answered, glancing up to see Muli's expression. He had a flirty look on his face until he didn't. He then suddenly brought up water. Even though it was kinda silly, it helped Makena get her mind off her embarrassment. She shook her head and giggled some with Muli's words. "Sure, my thirsty love." She corrected before standing up. . Makena grabbed the rabbit Muli had offered her before following him outside and to the river. "You know you could've drank from the little stream inside the cave, right?" Kena pointed out as she put the rabbit down infront of her. "And are you sure you're not hungry? Because i can always catch something for myself later. Im not all that hungry anyways." She said though that was a slight lie as she was slightly hungry and could definitely eat the rabbit. In defense of her lie, she just wants to make sure Muli is taken care of. Makena sighed as she looked at the landscape around her. This den was in a very good spot. It would be perfect for a family. The thought about a family shocked her so she quickly turned to look at Muli, awaiting his answer. |

Ash | M | Apprentice | Raven | M: Frodo Beside the question that slipped from his muzzle, Ash busied himself by focusing on his walking. It proved to be somewhat difficult to keep by Frodo. Especially because Frodo had such small steps and he had such big ones. It didn't help that it was super hard to slow his pace and take tiny steps. Ash knew he couldn't technically take the lead but he didn't feel right doing that. He was supposed to be accompanying Frodo not escorting him, after all. Then again he could once again pretend he was the alpha... But that didn't go well the last time he did that. And Frodo was just one dog, not a whole pack. Just then Frodo answered his question. Ash had been staring hard at the grounf as to focus but he turned his head slightly to look at Frodo. He almost tripped in the process, which he hoped Frodo didn't notice. . Ash tilted his head at Frodo's answer. He chuckled at the fierst part but had to think twice about Frodo's question at the end. "Hmm...I guess it might have have an advantage or two..." Ash muttered, clearly thinking hard about the question. He eyed Frodo, imagining him in a fight. He would be able to attack the legs which were somewhat sensitive. And he would probably be able to easily out maneuver most big predators. Then again, if that same predator landed a good hit on him he would be in trouble. Ash shook his head, tired of thinking so hard. "Well, it really dosent matter how you survived, im just glad i got to meet you." Ash finally answered. "Anyways, how long have you been out here? In the wild, i mean." |

Nyein || F || Loner || Mentions: Anyone After Nyein's meal, she trotted back toward the river, the rabbit had lead her deep into the more bushy parts of the dogwoods. She wandered toward the mountain, the direction she had been going all day. It was a short ways away now, and it should only be about a twenty minutes walk, but it seemed to take her forever. She kept getting sidetracked, taking a break for a drink in hopes to fill her empty stomach. She felt tired but she didnt rest, waiting till she was near the mountain. Her paws ached as she kept stepping on sharp thorns and small rocks that would get her just right. Her fur was tangled and matted with thorns, brambles, leaves. She turned to stry to get some out but it would take a while to untangle all of that from her thick coat. |

Finley/ F / Stray / M: Anyone The young dog licked her lips clean trying to get the blood stains out of her fur. She looked at the deer carcass it still was full of meat and could be preserved for another meal the next day. Finley began to dig a hole deep enough to fit the deer carcass, she then put the carcass in the hole and began covering it back up to preserve the food until she came back. Finley looked around once then headed back into the woods to find a place to stay for the rest of the day and get some sleep. She look for a couple of minutes and decided to stay in a hollow tree, it was lined with moss and looked big enough to fit her. Finley crawled her way in and layed down tiredly. She looked at her fur and it was cover with twigs and leafs. Finley sighed and began to take the bigger objects out first before going back in for the smaller ones. |

Flame | F | Elder | SFP | M: Anya Flame tilted her head as she heard Anya's tone in her next words. Then narrowed her blind eyes at the female at the mutter. Flame paused a moment before letting out a full out laugh. Oh, how she could forget that Anya was still young. Silver was indeed two years older than her but that didn't make a difference. Flame contained her laughter long enough to say, "Jealous much? Already begging for attention?" She winked one of her blind eyes before settling down next to Anya.
"Ah yes, that reminds me of when I was younger. I had just gotten captured and put in that enclosure. The mother they had put with me had two pups, one being a year older than the other. The older one would always try to please her mother but the younger one tried harder to gain his mother's attention. Those two were competitive. One would hunt a rabbit that gets put in and the other would try to beat them to the rabbit." Flame started, her head tilting towards the entrance of the den.
She rarely told stories, especially of the zoo that she had escaped with the other pack. Most of the wolves from that time had dispersed and disappeared. Only a few remained, one being Alpha Killjoy. She hadn't seen him for a long while. Since that incident. . . Flame was taken back to the memory, a small smile playing on her muzzle.
"The queen was moved out a while later. That's when I got my own taste of jealousy. I was maybe 6 then. They put an elder into the enclosure for me. The male was old and quite experienced. He reminded me like my father. All I wanted to do was impress him and gain his attention. I didn't have too long to do it though. Another female was brought into the enclosure, roughly 10 years old. I didn't find out until later that she was the sister of the male I was trying to impress. She made him laugh easier and talk to and all I could think of was how to get rid of her so he was all to myself." Flame chuckled, shaking her head.
"I stayed that way for weeks before I allowed her to teach me how to fight and hunt in a better way that what I did. As soon as I started to get to know her, I realized she didn't want his attention like I did, she just wanted to socialize and be friendly. I soon got over that feeling and decided to look to her as more of the mother I never had or the older sister." Flame finished before tilting her head at Anya.
"It will be up to you in the long run whether to open up to Silver but Silver isn't here to steal Shadow's attention from you. She is finally glad to have a place she can call home and a pack to call family. I believe that she is content knowing that her father will be there when she needs him and the rest of us here to socialize. I talked with her earlier and she sounded excited to not only be in the pack, but with you. She's never been around wolves her age, so it's a new experience for her." Flame said, turning her head over to Anya.
