"Thanks Misty," Skylark said gratefully. She gladly curled up again, near the entrance so Misty could have the safe warm spot in the back. Her thick fur would keep her warm now. She swept all the feathers into a pile so Misty wouldn't be bothered, then fell asleep happily. |

Nox | Loner | Female | M: Open The rain had started as soft patters from dark clouds earlier in the day and seemed have been warning for the storm to come. That said, Nox was very grateful that it wasn't a thunderstorm and that her nest was hidden among the cracks and small overhangs of the cliff, providing protection for herself and her nest from the rain. |

Okami/ Loner/ M: open Okami opened her eyes. She lay curled up in the makeshift den she had created under the roots of a scrawny tree. It was a room she had dugout then lined with grasses. It was big enough to fit her comfortably and big enough for a total of two wolves to fit in if they didn't care much about personal space.
The den was hard to see, but the downside of an underground den was that rain got in. As it a lot of it. The bedding was soaked and some of the dirt near the entrance had almost turned into mud.
Growling softly, Okami stepped out of her den dragging her paws in the green grass outside of it to get the mud off of her paws. |

He was sitting on the branch with his paws hanging off, admiring the rising sun. He watched Okami emerge from a nearby tree, and got an idea. It was a great opportunity for a free meal. He hopped down from the tree and stepped out in front of the wolf-bird. "Hello." He said softly, staring down at her. |

Skylark wakes up early, realizing that her fur is sopping wet. She snarls angrily. She must have been too close to the den opening. Stepping outside, she shook off, careful not to bother Misty. "Wet, wet, wet." She grumpily snaps. She looks around hopefully, wanting to go on patrol or hunt. |

She walked out of her den, stepping over the mud puddle outside her den. As she passed Skylark she muttered, "I'm going out to hunt, though I doubt anything will be out." She walked over to where she knew Jabez usually stayed ears pricked for any signs of prey. |

She flicked her tail, beconing for Skylark to follow. |
