Night paused, his eyes saddening. "A sickness had passed through our pack at the time. Our alpha warned The Great West Pack away for months while it passed. Most likely the reason Killjoy didn't hear about the alliance." His head drooped. "The sickness killed dozens of our wolves. When Illusion attacked, our alphas and betas were weak, those that were healthy were in a seperate camp away from the sick. I only managed to know was because I was on hunting duty for them." He sat down, the memory was still burning in his mind. "They forced us out of the territory for a good week before I managed to get to Shadow. He thankfully came willingly, but he was younger than me then. And when I finally caught up to him and saw what he did, I felt like I had failed my pack." He shook his head, "You know because. . .a lone pup could do better than anyone in the pack. And yet they still picked me to be alpha." He turned to Marbled, "I will not let another rogue destroy my pack. I will fight to the death before that happens."

Night Hawk nodded to Marbled before standing up, "He can have Illusion. There has been enough death in the Night Raven Pack, and I think they would all agree. And if you don't mind, could you run ahead and tell him that the alpha of the Night Raven Pack would be happy to help and ally with his new pack." At that moment, Shadow came back out, Brecken by his side.

Shadow walked back to where he left the stray dogs before scaring two of them away. "I knew you followed me there." He said disdainfully to Brecken before throwing his head. "Let's go." He went into a slow lope, ready to get out of the town. Rilla knew where to deliver the package and at what time. It was time to leave. He trotted over to where he spotted Marbled and Night.

Seya lowered her ears and looked at him. Her fur bristled from embarrassment. "T-thanks.." She smiled a little and nuzzled his shoulder. She was blushing from embarrassment had she smiled a little at what he said.

She smiled and her tail wagged hearing that his leg was okay. "I am glad that your leg is okay." She smiled and gave him a small nuzzle. Her ears swiveling as she looked around.

Glacier shook out her fur and sat atop a jutted rock looking out over her territory at her pack. Her ears swiveled as she kept alert for any danger that might harm her pack.

Shadow turned to give Brecken a look, "I don't have to tell you nor should you follow me. Being a lone wolf means that you shouldn't care." I don't have many that do care nor do I need anymore. He thought before crossing into the forest, Night close behind.

Seya blushed again and looked away. "I have to go see the flowers." She said and then looked at him with a straight face. "I'm sorry that I cannot help you." She bowed her head and whimpered. "I would love to, believe me, I would, but I have to get to the flowers." I have to see if they wilted.
