I really feel no connection to her anymore

I can draw and draw all day and avoid drawing only her

I feel no motivation to commission artwork of her either

Losing connection to a special character is sad

I guess it just means you've grown

Maybe you could adapt her to fit her to where you are now?

I've felt this way for the past several months, and I've thought a lot about it. Many things have come across my mind, such as selling her all together, selling her current design and redesigning her, etc. I think I'm going to keep her for a much while longer to see if anything will change, but I do believe I'll sell her eventually. Maybe I'll design a new character that I could connect to more, and perhaps have them be a relative of hers. I dont know yet, I just know that for now, all I feel is sob

oh, that's absolutely the worst - for me, letting it sit for a while, focusing on some other chars, then revisiting that original character and see how I feel then helps.

Maybe re-designing her or just adding to her story as she grows with you would be a good path?

I've read through her profile, and I can see how much time and effort has gone into her. I hope you can figure out a solution so that you can love her again
