Very nice! You have a lot of good things going on here. You have a great understanding of light, shape, and color. As someone who has taken an art class I can tell you are self taught, great work!
In my classes I have taken in the past, we learned about how outr brains identify objects, and seeing the shapes that make up objects. Basically, you have to teach yourself to see the shapes and not the whole object- what is really there vs what you see. It can be super helpful to learn this and be able to identify and recreate shapes to copy images. It's tricky to get good anatomy, especially on wolves, so I would say practice a lot! Use tutorials on each part of the wolf until you can do it without help and in your own style. |
