I just tried turning off "set desktop view" but no matter which position it is in, my device continues to show desktop view. it says (for mobile devices). Is there another way I am supposed to do it?

Ive found that Christmas Future does the most excellent job with linearts. They have thorough coloring and can do most any design, even galaxies. Id PM them if I were you :3
