What is classified as new on WP? My account is around 7 months old and it still says I'm a new member, I wanted to join an alliance and it said new members are not accepted and I couldn't fill in the forum, I only have 2 alliances

Only a month. That's when players get knocked off the new player leaderboards.

But I don't think it means "new" in that context. I think it just means that it's not accepting new applicants.
