With all the pups my pack breeds I'm frequently sorting through pups while more are coming in. Interestingly, the pups appear just before the labor alert (which is really a birth notification). And for that first minute or so they each show up as rarity score: 0, generation: 0.... before their actual stats have time to load and the labor alert comes through.

Check your inventory to see if it shows up in your decor stash.

Also check your secretary bird to see if it was really purchased, it could be your page glitched and it wasn't bought.

Also keep in mind that talking begins about other users isn't allowed, even if no name is mentioned.
Another option would to start buying gear/decor from barter so you don't get so worked up over this.
