Silver Salve is what heaps it. You can craft it with Wolfsbane, Bee Wax and Grapeseeds.

Or you can buy it off of people from Realm>Barter - Upgrades and more.

Also, the disease can be cured if the originator of the werewolf line that infected your wolf is killed by another player. So it may disappear over time.
