I'm new and stuck. My explore has a sliver left but I can't find it. I've tried to refresh but it doesn't. Advice?

If you go to Realm > Barter you can buy an Explorer's Map and it'll show you a map of where your wolves are and where undiscovered territory or enemies are.
Also, make sure that you've defeated all of the enemies. You won't level up until all of the enemies you encounter are gone.
