It has not been stolen ever and I just contacted the bank before typing this, which they have said that my card is active, has enough for what I'm buying, and I confirmed that there has been no suspicious activity, just that I buy a lot. The lady who helped me said it was most likely the merchant's end, however it was working fine yesterday for half of the day and before so.

My account allows me to buy things up to 400 USD daily. I am very sure I did not make any transactions big enough for it to go to 400 USD immediately.
