Appearance
Brigid is a small girl with a wiry build with slender limbs she uses to her advantage to escape to quiet places or go exploring. She has wavy hair that reaches down to her shoulders, but is pulled into a messy ponytail or braid at all times to keep it out of her face. Her hair is dark blond, but often gets mistaken for a light brown shade. She has green eyes and many freckles that are scattered across her face and limbs. Her skin is tanned and a bit dirty from spending as much time as possible outside and she normally has at least one or two scrapes or bruises from sneaking off or just being clumsy. She also has the bad habit of acquiring small scars from misshapes while exploring in the woods.
Brigid despies dresses and formal settings, preferring to run around barefoot, wearing cargo pants and loose shirts or sweaters in shades of blue or green as much as possible. Though in the colder months of the year she wears boots and a warm cape. She carries a leather satchel almost everywhere she goes as well to hold a few field guides on plants and animals, a sketch book to record her findings, and other things that catch her interest.
Personality
Introverted - A hard worker - Tends to be skittish unless she’s familiar with the people - Over all laid back, but can be very stubborn when she wants - Hates fighting and yelling - Loves helping others and being outside - Has little self confidence or preservation
Strengths
Herbology - She’s been studying herbs and other medicinal plants from a young age, wanting to be a healer one day. So far she has taught herself to treat minor cuts and illnesses through books. (I’ll try to be as accurate as I can be if this comes up.)
Stealth - As earlier mentioned, Brigid tends to sneak off to explore in the woods or other places she deems interesting. Due to her smaller build and introverted personality she can easily slip away without anyone noticing.
Self Sufficient - Brigid could survive on her own, not well necessarily, but she would rather die trying. She has beyond the basic amount of survival skills and common sense, which together should keep her alive and possibly others.
Weaknesses
Anxiety - Brigid is naturally skittish, but it gets worse if she’s under stress. It can be triggered by her nervousness around others and can lead to stuttering, freezing up, ect.
Confidence - When Brigid’s on her own or with someone she trusts she will speak her mind more openly and act somewhat silly and reckless (Like climbing to high in a tree-), but as some as you put her somewhere with people she doesn’t know well she’ll clam up and talk as little as possible or awkwardly.
People skill - She tries… she fails- With being quiet and having anxiety Brigid can be awkward and come across as unsocial or weird. She sometimes has trouble coming up with ways to continue talking with others, although she does great with extroverts that want to talk because she can sit there and listen to them talk happily.
