Ok so this has happened a few times before but only now I decided to take a picture of it.

How do I fix this? What did I do wrong? Can I prevent this?

That's the 'problem though, I type really detailed bios only to have that happen and I can't remove the code.

You copy the code outside of the box, paste it in the box, hit remove code, and go back through to place enters where they are needed. That is how I fix it. This normally happens if you copy and paste from another part of the website.
