Idk what the hell it is man, I wake up feel like crap, and then throughout the day I get constant headaches and can't stop coughing. My best theory rn is a big mix of things. My teeth are not doing very good, so I assume that's where a lot of my nausea and headaches come from. My glasses prescription is over 5 years old so I assume that probably doesn't help the migraines. And I recently developed this cough, it's pretty similar to a lung infection I had as a kid so I think it's just that coming back cuz I haven't been taking care of myself lol Any tips that don't involve a doctor would be appreciated though. Can't afford one til October |

That sucks. I've been getting lightheaded everytime I do something loud, such as riding a dirtbike, which is massive dangerous. I say just take some basic cough/cold medicine. And sleep alot. Don't get caught in with the public alot, others might have otehr sicknesses that could worsen yours. Get well. |

All I can recommend is that you drink tons of water. It probably won't cure you, but it tends to help a lot. |
