yeah they did, Ive had other hamsters as well and the girls didn't have nipples though, This hamster was in a cage with a male hamster alone for a few days though, so I'm not sure

Unless of course you bought that hamster just recently... so anything is possible. Be also be ready that it could be phantom pregnancy (if nipples did enlargen)
