I think Thea and Hasiya it could be argued are way more in touch with mortals, due to where their powers lie if that makes sense.
Nature, Time, and Death are all more ✨abstract✨ ideas and obviously they weren't checking up on humans as often. |

It almost makes sense that the two chaos gods are the ones who have the most interaction with mortals - humans are literally chaotic as hell, especially in regards to emotions and communication.
