Yeah I’ve heard about a coyote with rabies since I moved to where I am now, and I haven’t been here for long. I probably should’ve worried more about how that stray cat was acting now that I think about it

it's a few cases a year but not common. I do alot in the rescue world and with native wildlife. being cats and strays it's almost certain they have FLV,FAIDS,ect..

If there’s a chance of rabies, it’s not just good to call someone who can deal with it, it’s important to do so to prevent it from spreading. Hopefully someone that will put it in quarantine and watch for more symptoms instead of dealing with it in other ways

Anij would be comforted by her presence either way lmao
Plus Anij has Utalea powers and could easily pick up an adult male and throw it so whether or not Reynard can defend her she'd be fine. Its just a matter of would she freeze up in the moment or not
