Granted, usually, Quill and his crew have a sort of "clearance" since they hunt down bounties, pirates and the likes for government entities. They're the "Robin Hoods" of the universe XD

Why can I imagine the crew getting arrested for some misunderstanding but they let Vasilios go because he's like 'I'm not a pirate I'm just a dr and there was a medical emergency, look I even have my licence here'
