Not really, no. Stellaris Draconia is... kind of the entire galaxy right there. It's well known that's where the (our) pirates live and whatnot.

Usually, non-pirate ships are okay. They'll stop and trade... but yeah. It's not really something we've figured out. XD

Also Vasilios definitely brings back lil gifts and things for the other pirates whenever he comes back from a medical supply run. He also heads out to medical conferences and additional classes every now and then - he always makes sure to bring stuff back! :0
Vas is always pursuing more advanced medical knowledge so he can serve the crew better, so sometimes he's gone for a week or so every now and again. [He's always anxious to come back as he worries about what the crew have managed to do to themselves in his absence LOL]
