Yeah I guess/ How picky tho? Like... very, very, very picky? Because I would think that means they would technically have first pick of the apprentices. Agh, this is getting too complicted. Just spin the wheel honestly. Doesn't especially matter. |

I would assume that they would have to be pretty picky. As in spectate and observe. They have to think of the various skills and traits the apprentices have, and which would be suited. As least that's how I look at it |

Yes.. Very bad picky. Because they want someone see being the future. Shakiras take the most of the apprentices because the higher rankings are picky and well want a certain wolf to take their position. It's a personal thing.

And plus, once they're assigned the Shakira it can be said that they're being scouted for better positions. After all they have no skills as of yet so why would they be chosen for such higher ranks. It would make sense for them to start off with "basic" training as a Shakira and if they are lucky enough to gain the favor of a higher rank that sees potential then they get those basic skills expounded upon. And plus it doesn't have to be a permanent thing, after all if they don't perform up to par then they have to find someone else to train. |
