I use lunapic. It is annoying sometimes though because it's covered in ads.

No. It's best to use a free drawing app such as medibang paint.

Yes, that's the maximum it can be. It can also be anything smaller

Use sites that resize the image. Just google "Image resizing websites"

Um help?

I made a avator image and it took me about an hour to settle on a style and now, after a couple of minutes it always shows the image that tells me to credit my image so, what do I do?
