Ok I've been getting and seeing conflicting information. Can dynamic coats pass on their own? And if you use a ptarmagin feather when neither parents have a dynamic coat, do you still have a chance to get a dynamic coat? I've been so confused by some of the information so I'm just wanting to double check |

You will always have a chance to get a uncommon/rare/legendary/dynamic pelt. Your chance will vary depending on the parents' pelts. Parents with dynamic coats will have a higher chance of throwing a dynamic than parents without special coats. |
