You can either press the envelope button underneath a player's name - enter your message into the main box and send it off. Don't forget to title your subject so the player knows why you're messaging them.

Or go to pack >> Game Mail. From there you have this -

You can either type in the pack you're trying to contact's pack number - found via

Pack >> Den and to the right of your avatar, underneath your paws amount it'll list their pack number

Or if they're on your friend list already, simply click the drop down menu that says 'Or friend' and select who you're trying to message.

From there, type your message into the main box called 'Message' and title your message thread in 'Subject' before hitting send.
