You can only get mush if your alliance as won LESS than 4 times during the WHOLE DAY. That way you only make 100 mus per day maximum on AvA. |

thats the thing it will be the first AvA we've won for that day and yet it doesn't give me the mush for it

I think that the less than 4 wins a day spans across all alliances you are in, not positive though, I don't really pay attention/ am not always on for alliance wins to know if I got the mush or not. - So maybe your other two alliances got 4 or more wins? |

Are you in multiple alliances? If so, then the total of all the alliances wins add up to be less than 4, then you get 75 mush all together each day from alliances. You could be in 30 alliances but you only get 75 mush per day. You might not have noticed when the mush was put in there, so I would check with your secretary bird. |
