I can still find my original pack that I don't use anymore because I messed up with making the starters so I know that it hasn't been deleted yet but I have a new account that I do use and my brother has an account too. All the accounts are free so I can't have any more without one being deleted but I want to make a side account. If I did make a side account would it delete the original one because I haven't used it in ages or would it delete one of the other ones? Or should I just wait until the unused account is removed?

You have to wait until the unused account is deleted. ^^

The game won't let you make another account until the one that hasn't been logged into gets deleted. So you'll need to wait the full 90 days for an account to delete before you can make a new one. Unless you become Premium.
