I've been playing for a while, but I'm still a bit new to the wishes mechanic. I get that you have to gift them to someone else, and to get your wishes fulfilled people have to gift you wishbones, but is there any sort of way people exchange wishbones between them, or do you just have to wait until someone gifts you one?

If I remember correctly, there's no way to give others a wishbone other than just gifting your wishbones to someone's wish. As soon as it's fully fulfilled, they'll turn into mushrooms.

There is no official feature like that, and I doubt there ever will be. However, you can speak to people about doing a swap like your idea. I know it's been done before. Also, your English sounds really nice.
