I'd like to add markings to a wolf that has a boost and 8 talents. Will the customer designer reset the talent count? It sounds like it doesn't reset the boost but it's a little unclear as to how it affects existing wolves

The custom maker won't affect the existing talents! Example; Kalvin
You can add more talents to an existing wolf or just add talents to a new wolf you're creating but it won't affect anything other than the way the wolf looks! (So make sure to use dyes after you customize the wolf!)
