Yeah I’ve heard about a coyote with rabies since I moved to where I am now, and I haven’t been here for long. I probably should’ve worried more about how that stray cat was acting now that I think about it

If there’s a chance of rabies, it’s not just good to call someone who can deal with it, it’s important to do so to prevent it from spreading. Hopefully someone that will put it in quarantine and watch for more symptoms instead of dealing with it in other ways

Nanuk walks up to Yore's counter, placing the bloody tails on top of it. "I killed the Rat King," she announced.

Still not feeling up to fighting a dog, Nanuk decides to look at the quests for gathering, but none of the payouts spark her interest. She sighs heavily and looks at Yore. "Tell me about this Rabid Dog quest."

Yore looked to you and smiled happily, his blush returning for a moment before he turned to grab your payment.

"Welcome back! The Rabid Dog quest is pretty consistent. There's always a Rot Hound butting up against the town fence. So I pay a pretty penny for their hides. Maybe someday we'll wipe them out."

He explained, then tilted his head.

"Did you wanna take it?"

He asked as he began writing something where the Rat King quest used to be.

"I'm looking for Porcupine quills too if you make it to the Savannah ever. You'll want a bow for that though."

Nanuk ignores the blush once again, paying it no attention. "I'll go ahead and take it," she confirms, nodding her head. She can afford a bow and quiver now, so perhaps she'll take the porcupine request as well.

"Before I head out, do you know how I can collect honey without getting stung? Also, I collected some foxglove when I was out."

Yore nodded and crossed out the quest for you, before thinking about your question for a moment.

"You might be able to ask Torka. I've heard oil can pacify them a bit. And I suppose Scout may have some kind of smoker. There's an old resident who lives out in the Savannah now... they keep bees, they'd probably know best."

He explained, seeming to struggle knowing the answer. Shrugging with a little chuckle.

"I always just get stung, it's never too bad if you grab and run! As for the foxglove, Rayne and River will want that."
