Skylark/F/Storm Colony/Tracker/M: Juniper
She glared at her paws as Juniper worked. "Neither. A very fierce and terrifying ice cube." Her tone was heavily laced with sarcasm, and her ears pressed back. She hoped that she could go and see Ull soon. He always made her feel better. After a moment, she mumbled, "Sorry. I didn't mean to snap at you, Juniper." She wondered why Juniper was wet.

Juniper paused in her work, casting a sideways glance at Skylark. Her fur was indeed damp, a result of her falling into the river had soaked through her thick fur. With a gentle shake of her head to dislodge some droplets, she offered Skylark a reassuring smile.

"Don't worry about it, Skylark," Juniper replied, her voice calm and understanding. She knew Skylark well enough to recognize when her sharp tongue was more a defense mechanism than true hostility. "We all have our moments. Besides, I'm used to your icy temperament by now," she added with a playful glint in her eye, hoping to lighten the mood.

Setting aside her current task, Juniper approached Skylark, her demeanor softening with genuine concern. "Is everything alright? You seem... off today," she remarked, her gaze searching Skylark's for any hint of what might be troubling her.

She sighed. She was just stressed, because she had only talked to Ull a few times since he said he liked her, and today she was going to ask if they could be mates. She was glad though, that Juniper wasn't offended by her harsh tone. She usually hid behind anger when she was stressed, scared, or upset in any way. "I'm fine," she said, wagging her tail to show that she was telling the truth. "Just tired."

Misty stood up and stretched when Juniper got up. Once she was done trstuff cheeksing Skylark, Misty nudged Juniper back into the nest. "Leave anyone else to me, you need to get dry. We can't have you getting sick." Once she was done talking, she went and started to put away the herbs Juniper had found earlier.

He laughed at how Makya was almost half buried. "Its only deep to you, shorty," he smirked. The snow barely went halfway up his long legs, and his thick pelt helped with the cold.

Juniper/F/Storm Healer/M: Skylark, Misty

Juniper glanced over at Misty with a grateful smile as her sister nudged her back into the nest. She appreciated Misty's concern for her well-being, but her attention was still focused on Skylark and the tracker's obvious distress.

"Thanks, Misty," Juniper replied, her voice soft with gratitude. She obediently settled back into the nest, feeling the warmth and comfort enveloping her once more.

Turning her attention back to Skylark, Juniper's expression softened with genuine concern. She could sense that something was bothering the tracker, despite Skylark's attempt to brush it off.

"You know, Skylark, you can talk to me if something's on your mind," Juniper said gently, reaching out to give Skylark's shoulder a comforting squeeze. "You don't have to pretend everything's fine if it's not. We're here for you."

Without looking away from what she was doing Misty said, " Yeah, we're both here for you. And whatevers bothering you, wether its big or small we wont tell a soul."

She smiled at the two coyote-squirrels, and decided to trust them. "Thank you. It's just... I have had a crush on Ull for a while now. And a few months ago, he told me he liked me back. But... I don't know anymore. What if he was just joking? We haven't talked in a while." She swished her tail between her legs, sitting down and staring at her paws.
