Right, here's a lil video that I made for Distant-Lands to show how I shade in 2 minutes. Very quickly done, but I thought my gallery stalkers might find it interesting too!

This video is done in real time, so this took about 2 minutes. It's very rough, usually I have multiple layers of shading and lighting and do some colour adjusting and blending, buuut this is the basics of it!

The way that the process video takes a flat head and sculpts it into a 3D form (in two minutes, no less) is such a magical joy to watch, thank you for sharing your process. <3
