I don't know where to put this because it is about Role-playing but its a question..

There is a video on youtube called 'Eighty-six', now, the 'normal' dogs are treated quite badly and put in small cells and injured if they step out of line at all.

Now, I am wondering if this is considered animal abuse and against the rules to Role-play here or If I can create the Role-play.
