A lot of the ingredients are in your market nest.

If you have them up for sale you can't give them to the witch

How do I post a picture of my market nest and I only put the ingredients that are not buried.

We can see your market nest via the link on your nest page, so a picture isn't necessary.

You can remove items from your market nest when you explore, then put them back up if you wish. Might be easier to just bury the three items until the witch takes them.
