For rule number 10 in contest rules, what if the art/design in question is uploaded offsite? Such as Toyhou.se or another social site. Does the rule still apply as the design cant have the artists TOS or does the rule only regard using the design on Wolfplay?

I'd like to think that the answer would be no, because Wolfplay can't overpower other sites rules, but since it's regarding a list of rules that were created by the artist, I'd figure I'd ask anyway!

To my knowledge this definitely is a no and hasn't changed; however, the rules about artist ToS only applys to sales and contests on wolfplay to my knowledge(as there's no way we could keep track of these things on other websites for one)
