Ridge is a healthy mare. Being fully grown, she has a good height of 12'5 hands. She weighs 260 pounds in total. Her legs are strong with her ribs only being mildly visable.

Ridge is classified as a grey welsh horse. Her mane is medium length with her tail being long. Her mane is all a light white color while her tail has beige mixed into it. Her hooves are black in color. Ridge has a pink colored nose with black surrounding it on the sides. She has dark, almost black looking eyes with a smoky color around the eyelids.

Ridge is a kind, compassionate horse. She is a great problem solver and she's extremely loyal. She is usually available to hear out what others when not looking after her foal or taking time for herself. Ridge is logical when deciding what to do in certain situations such as these conflicts between herd members.

Of course, Ridge still has her fears and flaws. The main thing she'll freak out over are humans and lightning. There's just something really unsettling about them to her.

One problem is that Ridge will often encounter is neglecting her needs in favor of others. She tends to check in on others even if she may be worse off than them. She can also be a bit of a horse pleaser at times.

Strengths

Problem solving - As mentioned before hand, Ridge is able to help with resolving conflicts and bad situations.

Compassion - Ridge's compassion helps her to get along with other horses easily.

Loyalty - Ridge's loyalty allows others to know that she would never betray them or go behind their backs.

Weaknesses

Foals - Ridge has such a soft spot for the young fillies and colts.

Neglecting her needs - This can lead to her problems growing worse until it all piles up and errupts.

Not being able to deny requests - Ridge is physically and mentally unable to not help another horse in need.

Small Backstory]

Ridge was born into a different, smaller herd. She lived there for the first 3 years of her life. At that stage, the lead stallion and mare decided that too many horses of the same bloodline where in the herd so he sent some of the young horses away.

Ridge lived as a lone mare until she was 4. At that stage, she met her current herd and was eventually invited to join. She now has had her first foal after over a year and a half in the herd. She's currently happy with her rank.
