They can, but for crystallines the parents have to have the same exact pelt and even then I think the odds are like 10%. I've had females that I breed every year and never get a crystalline pup.

She didn't sign it, still considering what to add. She wanted to make sure that they would take the bait, and be out of the castle, and she could take the throne.
