I was trying to figure this out, and I couldn't so I'm posting this, someone tell me if this is the right place to post this.

So in like, RPs and such, people usually post a picture of the wolf/dog as a reference like thing (stock of course), I can wondering how you do that, and what size is acceptable.

I mean, I know how to post a link (I'm using Postimages as a thing for links), like this:

But how do you get the picture itself up there in a smaller format?
