I mentioned this before like, a year ago, but the collars in the movie "Up" could potentially be possible only under two circumstances.

One: Dogs would need to have a portion of the brain that allows for speech, similar to humans.

Two: There would need to be a way to connect the wares to both the brain and the voice box that can also translate into the collar. This meaning that there would either have to be an implant in the brain that somehow transmits a signal to the collar, or an implant that runs from the brain to the 'voice box' and transmits the signal and tone/volume/etc. into the collar.

Movie science is fascinating.

It is found in all terrains and on all levels. Though they do flee just as much as other prey animals. They have 250 health and hit for 90.

Jasmine is dropped when successfully defeating 'enemies' from battling.

One example is Bigfoot and off the top of my head is Chupacabra as another example. -Double checked on Chupacabra in chat and yes they drop the jasmine item too. I can't remember how many creatures drop them unfortunately.

There is 1 mythical creature that drops jasmine per territory. Bigfoot in the forest, yeti is in the tundra, etc. You'll definitely know if you come across this mythical creature because it's not a normal animal. They drop jasmine, 5 bone fragments, and 25 mush when killed. They are rare, but if you mass explore level 5 of the forest, I've heard you can find a lot of jasmine
