Yes, you can breed a wolf with the Infatuation boost anytime. You have to wait until the next wolf party event for a first generation one, though

Looking for a G1-2 Male no older than 4. Hero HW with a pelt defect! Bonus if it has a desirable boost, like DH.

if G2 I'd prefer if one or more of the parents had a pelt defect in each of the generations

meaning First gen maybe Viti x No defect. Second gen No defect x Chim or some variation of it.
